Senior Tax Accountant - 12 Month FTC (Fully Remote)

An instantly recognisable manufacturing business is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant due to a recent acquisition across the global group. This role is reporting into an extremely impressive and well networked Head of Tax.

This role is a corporate tax led role, including review of CT returns provided by external advisors, ensuring timely and accurate submission. This is an initial 12-month FTC, with a strong possibility of going permanent.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of the UK corporate tax process and manage international tax compliance, liaising closely with localised teams and advisors
- Assisting heavily with the group’s tax accounting
- Working with the senior tax team to assess transfer pricing documentation
- Ad hoc input on VAT and PAYE procedures

Requirements:

- Ideally ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified from a top 20 accounting practice
- Strong corporate tax experience; exposure to VAT and income tax preferable
- Personable and confident when dealing with non-tax personnel.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
- Immediately available or available within two weeks
