International Tax & TP Senior Manager - FTSE 250, to £110k + car + bonus

I am working with a FTSE 250 business based in London as they hire a Senior Manager International Tax & Transfer Pricing to join their team, and report into the Head of Tax.

You will be responsible for leading the delivery of all aspects of transfer pricing from policy and planning through to assurance reviews of implementation, managing our international corporate tax risk register, opportunity and risk scanning in countries where we operate, supporting our compliance teams on our Pillar Two forecasting and planning and reporting on and managing other international tax risks such as residence, permanent establishment and withholding taxes.

* Lead transfer pricing planning, documentation, implementation, and assurance review process for Group Tax. In doing so, to review, develop and strengthen their approach to their tax risk and transfer pricing services model and put your own stamp on how these services can be delivered effectively across the group through internal and external support models.

* Leading the delivery of the master file, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with localisation requirements, attendance at interviews and preparation of notes and documentation

* Supporting the business with the preparation and review of local files for transfer pricing purposes and compliance to group policies and procedures. Technical review of local files and benchmarking. Escalate recommendations on pricing method or benchmark updates.

* Leading the submission of the group's country by country report and related notifications.

* Lead programme of functional interviews and periodic reviews to ensure all transactions identified and accurately delineated.

* Provide practical solutions to finance and other stakeholders on the implementation of transfer pricing policies. Review and document processes for operationalisation e.g., from invoicing to posting into ERP.

* Design and roll out assurance review programme using tax shared service centre and indirect reports in-country to provide comfort of compliance with transfer pricing policies and appropriate implementation.
* Review overall operating model and identify transfer pricing planning opportunities
* Lead international tax projects from start to end: identification of need through to impact on compliance and reporting and assurance reviews of correct implementation.
* Act as tax subject matter expert on business change projects giving guidance to the business on all tax impacts of the proposed business changes, seeking sign off from Head of Tax.
* Providing tax advice on group restructuring projects including the acquisition of new, and disposal of existing, investments across the group on non-UK tax aspects.
* Assist and support on non-UK tax audit matters.

For this role you must have either worked an in-house secondment, or have industry experience. The client in question will not consider individuals who are coming straight from Practice. You must be UK based and no sponsorship available.
